Attending the Interview 2. Prior to the Interview
Once you have gathered information you should start to consider the questions you have relating to the company and the role, this will not only gain you further information but help show your interest in the company.
Bear in mind some of your prepared questions may be answered before you are given the opportunity to ask them, there will also be more questions that will arise on the day based on the additional information you have gained.
It is also helpful to ascertain prior to the day what structure the interview will take; this will also be key in your preparation and help you prepare some of your answers.
Ensure you have answers prepared for some fairly standard interview questions i.e.:
Why are you interested in the role / company?
What do you know about the company?
Why are you looking for a new role?
